Most "challenges" are designed to push you as hard as possible for a short period but they then leave you with nowhere to go.
My approach is different.
The 14-Day Empower Pathway has one purpose: To prove to yourself that you CAN train consistently again, leaving behind any doubt; whether its work that gets in the way, a full schedule, or your own self-doubt.
I can almost guarantee that the 14 days will not go perfectly. You likely won't have every session going to plan. But you will build enough consistency to rebuild momentum - and to remind yourself what it actually feels like to training part of your routine again.
That shift in belief - "I can actually do this", is what makes everything else possible.
I want you to start by taking small actions to experience the change in 14 days

The Whats App Group it gives you a group of like-minded women in your corner, ready to give you the encouragement you deserve!
A mid-point group Zoom call At day seven, we gather as a group to reflect and review on week one and plan week two. This is where momentum really builds and where you'll realise you're not doing this alone.
These things might sounds simple, but accountability is such an important part of building and keeping the habit.

It's a snippet of what I can offer you. I know what you need to do, and I know how to get you stronger, healthier and build training into your life wherever you train, even with working out in the confines of your house, because I've worked with so many - trust me with the process!
You will get direct feedback on your movement I pride myself and my clients for holding high movement standards because I know this is so vitally important to longevity, injury prevention and maximum results and strength. So be ready to share, I can't articulate how valuable this is!

From Mindset to Nutrition - I have you covered! I simplify everything and build habits into your life step by step because I know there are no quick fixes, but I also know that what might work for someone might not work for someone else - its about finding your routine with a guide (me) who can give you that insight!

I built this pathway because I keep seeing the same thing.
Women who are completely capable of building real, lasting strength.. but who have lost belief that it was possible for them anymore. Why? Because they might be busy now, they have more responsibilities, or that they're too old for it!
You know it's not true. But you mind can create helpful but also not-so-helpful beliefs and what you believe, has a lot of power over... YOUR ACTIONS.
So the 14-day pathway is designed to rebuild that belief. To give you enough structure, support, and momentum that by the end of it, the question isn't "can I do this?" ... it's "how do I keep going?"
That's when the real work, and the real results, begin!

Some carry on alone. And sometimes that works. But without a clear structure and ongoing support, the routine can sometimes fade when life gets busy again.
Others decide to carry the momentum forward.. moving into the 12-Week Empower Consistency Programme, where strength builds progressively week by week, the support continues, and the habit becomes permanent.
That decision is entirely yours. No pressure either way.
But if you find yourself thinking "I could actually keep this going with the right support" - that next step will feel like the most natural thing in the world.

If you have access to a gym, I can guide you through exactly what to do.
If you don't, we have our at-home option. No equipment needed beyond some optional dumbbells or bands or some household items. The majority of the exercises use bodyweight so don't need any additional equipment anyway. The sessions are designed to be completed at home and I am known for being inventive so I may ask you to use household items, stairs or a step would be a good example, but there is no need to buy anything additional.
Over the next 14 days, I'll be personally guiding you through a specific set of steps via the WhatsApp group, its straightforward and easy to follow.
It's free, but one thing I do need is for you to show up and make the most of what I have to offer!
I need you to commit to following the process each day, otherwise I can't help you (and I really want to).
